Study Session in the Gainey Room at the Owatonna Public Library at 105 N Elm Avenue. Roger Warehime, General Manager of Owatonna Public Utilities (OPU) will provide an update on UPU, then there will be a question-and-answer session on the 2024 Preliminary Budget, and if time permits, there will be general updates on various boards and commissions.
