The City of Owatonna Street Department would like to remind residents to please keep your trash and recycling containers well behind the curb or in the driveway during plowing activities. Please remove the containers as soon as possible after pick up service as the empty carts can create obstructions to snow removal operations. The containers are very difficult to work around with snowplows and may result in the street not being plowed all the way to the curb.
