City Buildings will be closed Tuesday December 24, Wednesday December 25 and Wednesday January 1. 

A variety of services are available at owatonna.gov:

• Cancellations & Closings
• Licenses & Permits
• Report a Non-Emergency Concern (Issues threatening public safety or things needing immediate attention (like downed wires or large tree limbs), should be reported directly to the Steele County Non-Emergency Line at 507.451.8232 or 911.)

Form submissions will be reviewed by City Staff upon return to office.
