A public hearing will be held during the City Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 relating to the proposed modification of Development District No. 3 and establishment of TIF District 3-17. The meeting will be held in the Gainey Room at the Owatonna Public Library and will begin at 7:00 p.m.
