Inlet Protection Reminder

Due to heavy rainfall, we have been fielding a large number of localized flooding calls and have found many to be caused by inlet protection. This serves as a reminder that per City Ordinance Chapter 52, Erosion and Sediment Control Measures need to be inspected and maintained regularly.

Please be sure to inspect and maintain these measures as soon as possible. If flood issues persist, inlet protection may be temporarily removed until the rain has ceased.
