Domestic Violence Awareness Month

First observed in October 1981 as a national "Day of Unity", Domestic Violence Awareness Month is held each October as an approach to unite communities across the nation in raising awareness about the signs of abuse and ways to stop it.  When you see a purple ribbon, please join in what it stands for:  Stand up; Speak out; Don't be Afraid; BE BRAVE!

Coptober Success!

The police officers would like give a shout out to everyone who joined us for our 4th Annual Coptober festivities at the Library this year! A little rain did not stop us from having a great day filled with fun, learning, and community connection. We loved partnering with families to share what it takes to be a police officer and how we all can work together to keep our kids safe. See you next year!
