City Code Updates
The current edition of the Owatonna City Code is the 2015 Code of City Ordinances. The Code, available online via American Legal Publication includes the S-8 Supplement. The last ordinance included in S-8 Supplement is Ordinance 1666 adopted December 3, 2024. S-8 Supplement was adopted via Ordinance 1673 on April 15, 2025.
