Current Application
Applications are currently being accepted to fill two openings on the Owatonna Human Rights Commission (OHRC) and a planned opening on the Owatonna Public Utility Commission effective May 1, 2026. To serve on a city board/commission, you must be an eligible voter and a resident of Owatonna who has maintained a residence in the city for thirty (30) days before appointment. This OPU appointment also requires a resident from Ward 1.
