Fire Protection Systems

The Owatonna Fire Department issues permits for fire alarms, fire suppression systems, kitchen hoods, and sprinklers. Permits are mandatory for new installations, as well as any modifications, alterations, or repairs. You must submit an online application for the specific system you are working with.
